GOVERNING DOCUMENTS

Our Rules & Regulations, 2015 Addendum and 2025 Amended Rules & Regulations contain our current rules and regulations regarding home and land owner responsibilities. It does not contain covenants, but outlines our duty regarding dues payments, enumerating amount to be paid by water users and property owners with a tap certificate but not using water in a residence. Restrictive activities are proposed to make us good neighbors by avoiding fire hazard and unsightly conditions.
